Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support the maturation of Third-Party ICT Risk Management controls in line with industry standards and applicable regulations
• Assist in mapping Business Products and Services to processes, ICT applications, and third-party ICT service providers
• Enhance and conduct Business Impact Assessments (BIA) in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization
• Prepare decision materials and recommendations for steering committees and governance forums
• Assess the bank's ICT control framework and ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive the design and implementation of processes related to Third-Party ICT risk management
• Support the development and implementation of a new resilience strategy
• Facilitate process analysis and mapping activities, identifying pain points and proposing effective solutions
• Develop documentation and operational materials, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Prepare high-quality decision-making materials and presentations for senior stakeholders

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in large or regulated organizations
• Experience in process analysis, mapping, and improvement initiatives
• Experience in regulatory or risk-related programs (e.g. ICT risk, operational resilience, third-party risk)
• Ability to prepare executive presentations and decision materials
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Experience driving process implementation and documentation (SOPs)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Excellent English

Nice to have:

• Experience with DORA or ICT risk regulations
• Experience with Business Architecture or operational resilience frameworks
• Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools
• Understanding of data governance and data quality principles
