Senior Order Management Specialist with French and Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end process improvement initiatives and manage daily operational activities
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers
• Support and initiate process improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational guidelines
• Provide backup support to team members and facilitate knowledge transfer
• Conduct work shadowing sessions and training activities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Foster a problem-solving culture and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Desk role
• Knowledge of the AP module and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-centric mindset and the ability to translate customer needs into effective solutions
• English – at least B2 level
• Spanish – B2/C1 level
• French – B2/C1 level
