Senior Manual QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Ensure QA activities are conducted efficiently and documented according to the latest Quality Standards
• Analyze and design test cases and test scenarios
• Plan and execute tests
• Report and manage defects throughout the lifecycle
• Recommend appropriate actions based on test results
• Collaborate with Automation Testers to optimize manual and automated regression coverage and test suites
• Work closely with the Scrum team to ensure high-quality delivery

Requirements:

• ISTQB Certified
• Ability to drive and support QA activities across the delivery team
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and problem solving
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment
• Fast learner with willingness to learn and understand new tools and processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as an individual contributor
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within Agile teams
• Proven experience in defining, executing, and reporting tests for complex software systems
• Hands-on experience in Web and Mobile testing
• Experience with cloud-based mobile testing platforms such as BrowserStack
• Practical experience in system testing of modern Web and Mobile UIs
• Experience in API testing using Postman and Swagger
• Experience with test management tools, preferably qTest or similar solutions
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Automation testing experience
• Working knowledge of the PEGA platform

• Experience working with SAFe methodology
