Senior Java Developer with ETL

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices and ETL components
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Hibernate
• Implement and manage data persistence in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MsSQL)
• Containerize applications with Docker and support CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo)
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Java 21, including modern features such as records, pattern matching, and virtual threads

• Proven experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices with Spring Boot

• Solid understanding of Hibernate and ORM principles for data persistence

• Hands-on experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes

• Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or Bamboo

• Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito), and version control systems such as Git (Bitbucket) 

• Experience with build tools such as Maven

• Proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code

• Proficiency in relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MsSQL

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
