Senior IT Analyst (KYC / AML)

Responsibilities:

• Translate business, regulatory, operational, and customer needs into implementable solutions within the GKYC ecosystem
• Drive requirements engineering activities across delivery initiatives
• Support solution delivery and execution throughout the lifecycle
• Ensure solution readiness before implementation and release
• Act as a bridge between Business, Architecture, Development, QA, Operations, and Programme stakeholders
• Analyze dependencies and impact of changes and releases
• Perform data analysis and root cause analysis to support solution delivery

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis
• Hands-on experience in Process Modelling and Agile Delivery Practices
• Ability to define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Experience with Dependency Management, Release Impact Analysis, and Change Impact Analysis
• Practical knowledge of Data Analysis and Root Cause Analysis techniques
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of API and Integration Concepts
• Experience in Data Mapping and Data Analysis
• Understanding of Microservices and Enterprise Architecture
• Strong knowledge of KYC / AML and Customer Due Diligence processes
• Familiarity with Onboarding, Periodic Reviews, and Regulatory Change Delivery
• Experience in Financial Services / Banking
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Experience with SQL
• Familiarity with Process Modelling Tools
• Understanding of Pega-based solutions
