Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Gather, structure, and document business and technical requirements
• Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements
• Coordinate stakeholders across product management, technology, and compliance teams
• Align business objectives with regulatory requirements and implementation expectations
• Develop structured requirement specifications and support feasibility assessments with architects
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Maintain requirements traceability and manage requirement changes throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Support delivery of a configurable SaaS financial platform operating in a B2B2C sales model

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of blockchain, stock exchange environments, and financial markets
• Proven experience in Requirements Engineering, Requirements Management, or a related Business Analyst role within fintech or the blockchain sector
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, digital assets, and financial market regulations
• Product Ownership experience
• Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements using structured methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
• Practical experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders
• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken
• Strong cultural fit and stakeholder-oriented mindset
