Senior Blockchain Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain smart contracts on Ethereum (Solidity) and Solana (Rust + Anchor)
• Build secure and efficient blockchain-based solutions, applying best practices and patterns (e.g., diamond pattern, proxy, upgradable)
• Work with blockchain development tools such as Hardhat, Foundry, and Anchor
• Develop within the Stellar ecosystem using Soroban and adapt to its unique requirements
• Create robust solutions while avoiding common pitfalls specific to each platform
• Write custom automation scripts in TypeScript to support development and deployment workflows
• Write and maintain comprehensive test suites, including unit, integration, and fuzz tests
• Ensure code quality and security standards are met throughout the development lifecycle
• Collaborate with external audit firms or prepare codebases for security audits
• Work with fungible tokens and blockchain ecosystem components
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smart contract development and deployment
• Stay up to date and work with various blockchain protocols and technologies beyond Ethereum and Solana

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years of commercial experience working with smart contracts
• Strong proficiency in Solidity and a solid understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)
• Experience working with development environment such as Hardhat or Foundry
• Practical knowledge of Rust and the Anchor framework, specifically in the context of Solana development
• Experience working with Soroban and the Stellar ecosystem
• Familiarity with design patterns (such as diamond pattern, proxy, upgradable)
• Ability to design solutions that avoid common platform-specific problems
• Knowledge of TypeScript, with the ability to create custom automation scripts as needed
• Experience writing and maintaining various types of tests (unit, integration, fuzz)
• Strong focus on code quality and security
• Experience working with fungible tokens
• Experience collaborating with external audit firms or preparing codebases for audits
• Knowledge of CI/CD systems
• Familiarity with other blockchain protocols and components of the broader blockchain ecosystem
• Knowledge of English at B2 level (minimum)
