Senior AI/LLM Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Build & Deploy AI Solutions: Build and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable AI/ML pipelines for processing large volumes of textual data, work with orchestration tools (e.g., Dagster) to manage complex data workflows
• Enhance & Optimize: Leverage APIs, vector databases, and prompt engineering to improve system performance and efficiency
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to create user-centric, AI-driven solutions
• Experiment & Learn: Run experiments, embrace fast failures, and iterate quickly for continuous product improvement
• Mentor & Grow: Share knowledge, support team growth, and stay ahead of AI trends to drive innovation

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, recommendation systems, RAG, conversational agents or other AI-driven applications
• Experience working in a product team in a software development environment
• Proven experience leading ML projects, making strategic technical decisions, and mentoring engineers
• Experience building and deploying ML models in cloud environments, utilizing containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with MLOps best practices, model monitoring, and model versioning
• Good to have understanding of data engineering concepts and workflow
• Strong product-oriented thinking with a deep understanding of customer needs and domain-specific challenges
• Strong programming and engineering skills, with the ability to design, build, and maintain scalable AI systems
• Clear, effective communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, actionable solutions for cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
