Project Applications Packaging Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Review license data
• Initiate and manage application packaging requests using ServiceNow
• Collaborate with the Project Applications Team and ITAM to support the packaging process
• Assist in reducing the backlog of application packaging requests
• Hand over prepared packaging requests for further deployment activities

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in Licensing/Software Asset Management
• Proven experience with application packaging
• Solid knowledge of installation processes, silent switches, dependencies
• Strong communication to liaise between ITAM and Project Apps teams
• Experience with ServiceNow for requests/workflows
• Understanding of software licensing (to work with ITAM output)
• Experience with Autodesk, Bluebeam, Bentley or similar
• Knowledge of English at B2 level (minimum)
• ServiceNow experience (requests, workflows)
• Experience with engineering software (Autodesk, Bluebeam, Bentley)
