Order Management Specialist with German

Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end process improvement initiatives and daily operational activities
Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers
Support and initiate process improvement projects
Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational guidelines
Provide backup support for team members and facilitate knowledge transfer
Execute work shadowing sessions and training activities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Foster a problem-solving culture and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

1 year of experience in Customer Service Desk
AP module knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Excellent communication skills
Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate customer needs into solutions
English - B2 level required
German - C1 level required
