Middle Office Senior Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Delivering operational expertise to institutional clients on a global scale
• Building strong relationships with Brokers, Custodians, and internal stakeholders
• Monitoring daily trades, performing reconciliations, and managing failed trades
• Handling complex client queries and ensuring timely resolutions
• Identifying operational risks and proposing effective solutions to optimize processes
• Leading projects, new product implementations, and client onboarding
• Supporting audits, ensuring compliance with global regulations, and driving process improvements

Requirements: 

• 4-5 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in fund services operations
• Proficiency in English (min. B2) and strong working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive attitude, teamwork mindset, and confidence to share ideas
• Experience in project/change management and process transformation (preferred)

Nice to have:

• Technical skills such as VBA or SQL and financial certifications (e.g., CISI, IOB) are an asset
• A university degree in finance or banking is desirable
