Market Risk Reporting Lead Analyst (Legal Entity Team)

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality management reporting for senior market risk management
• Utilize modern visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present market risk exposure insights
• Contribute to the preparation of EU & UK regulatory reports (e.g., COREP, Pillar disclosures, backtesting processes)
• Develop expertise in VaR, SVAR, IRC, CRM, Securitization, and Standard Specific Model Risk
• Engage with regulators and auditors to ensure compliance with market risk policies and procedures
• Participate in risk committees focusing on internal controls and governance for the bank's EMEA entities
• Identify and remediate data quality issues by working with central data teams
• Develop and maintain relationships across different management levels and functions
• Work with Risk IT teams to enhance market risk data processes and reporting frameworks
• Automate and improve risk and control frameworks to drive efficiency in reporting processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Risk or Finance roles
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field)
• Strong knowledge of market risk metrics and financial products
• Experience with market risk regulatory frameworks (ECB, FED, PRA)
• Proficiency in data science tools, big data platforms, and Python
• Hands-on experience with data manipulation tools and industry-standard data pipelines
• Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Superior communication and project management abilities
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
• Recognized financial qualifications (FRM/CFA) are an advantage
