Expert IT Developer with Pega

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the scalability and performance of Pega CLM application through effective architecture design
• Create and implement complicated workflows, decision techniques and interactions with external systems
• Identify, build and maintain common components
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams
• Interact with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners and QA team
• Provide directions and guidance to team members on using the latest Pega studios and tools
• Support in scoping and sizing Pega features

Requirements:

• Experience with Pega CLM, including architecture design and optimization for scalability and performance
• Experience in developing complex workflows, decision strategies, and system integrations within Pega
• Knowledge of common component development and maintenance in large-scale Pega applications
• Experience troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining Pega-based solutions to ensure stability and performance
• Experience providing architecture and design guidance to development teams
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, and QA teams
• Experience in mentoring or guiding team members in the use of Pega studios and tools
• Understanding of feature scoping and sizing in Pega environments
