Expert IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Design new reporting solutions and prepare requirement specifications in collaboration with Product Owner, business analysts, IT analysts, developers and testers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver sustainable and reliable solutions aligned with the target operating model
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT development team
• Facilitate understanding of business requirements and their technological impact
• Facilitate understanding of technology constraints and solutions within the business context

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysis
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation and business analysis
• Good understanding of data flow integration
• Ability to scrutinize data content and behaviour using SQL
• Knowledge of trading and/or tax/transaction reporting to authorities
• Experience working with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a self-driven manner and manage multiple tasks
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex topics
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• 4+ years as Senior IT Analyst

Nice to have:

• Experience with XSLT
• Experience with BDD
• Experience with Communication Layer
• Foundational understanding of programming and ability to read code
• Familiarity with Capital Markets flows
