Expert Core Banking Implementation (SME)

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the current state of IT systems (AS-IS) and the development of target processes (TO-BE)
• Implementation and configuration of core banking systems, including modules related to:
  
  • Customer records
  • Bank accounts
  • Money markets
  • Securities
  • Derivatives and other financial instruments
• Development and optimization of reports and data extracts for Data Warehouse and regulatory reporting purposes
• End-user training and post-implementation support
• Coordination of international implementation programs across the bank network
• Collaboration with project teams and clients to ensure effective system implementation
• Ensuring compliance of implemented solutions with regulatory requirements and market standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT system implementation projects
• At least 5 years of experience in core banking systems, supported by certifications, training, and professional achievements
• Knowledge of banking products for corporate and retail banking segments, as well as KYC processes
• Experience in business and technical analysis, process design, and user training
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements and the ability to prepare reports in compliance with supervisory standards
• Fluent English proficiency (C1 level), essential for working in an international environment
