Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities:

• Establishes processes for enterprise architecture developments and management
• Supports programmes and projects in planning and controlling, especially regarding risk management, harmonizing, change management and assures architectural compliancy
• Consults and contributes to development of architectural capabilities of the organization and the architecture management initiatives
• Designs and communicates enterprise architecture
• Designs and maintains architectural repository
• Designs interoperability and interfaces between systems
• Elicits needs and analyses requirements
• Transfers business, user and technical needs into architectures
• Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components and system features
• Defines transition roadmaps for architectures
• Prepares system documentation and provides presentations
• Collects and interprets system metrics
• Provides assistance to projects implementing elements of enterprise architecture
• Assesses architecture maturity
• Analyses organisational structures
• Analyses information systems portfolio
• Analyses business processes
• Conducts IS cost-benefit analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of IT relevant professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
• Master degree
• English level: C1 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam
• At least 1 certification among: The Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA); Zachman Certified – Enterprise Architect; CISSP Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSIP-ISSAP); ITIL v3 Master certification; Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA) or equivalent
• Has performed role of Enterprise architect in organization
• Has hands-on experience in building EA culture and practices throughout the organization
• Expert in enterprise and business architecture design
• Familiar with business process development, value streams and capability maps design
• Good knowledge of enterprise architecture domains
• Good knowledge about maturity models analyses and frameworks
• Is proficient in using systems modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others
• Familiar with market wide designing architecture standards or frameworks such as, TOGAF, Zachman, Azure Well-Architected framework or similar
• Expert knowledge in computer science and IT to research IT solutions and identify ways to enhance existing operations
• Efficiency in time management, project management and demonstrative of the company's service-oriented architecture (SOA)
• Holds ability to document effectively
• Presents problem solving skills
• Strong capacity in writing and presenting studies, business cases, visions, analytical models
• Presents leadership skills
• Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment
• Skills in developing standards and policies that guide the use of IT assets
• Excellent communication skills for educating employees on best practices for applying the company's IT products, resources and solutions
• Ability to scrutinise the domains of the enterprise's structure to improve operations and align the business and technology to be transparent
• Ability to analyse data and information generated by the enterprise and operational labour structure to identify cost-savings opportunities
• Experience in the governance of architecture function
