Data Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Ingest data into Hadoop using the ARC Ingestion Framework
• Prepare configurations for onboarding new data sources
• Test configurations before production deployment
• Maintain and support data sources already running in production
• Troubleshoot ingestion and configuration issues
• Collaborate within an agile environment
• Work with application and system configurations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of business experience
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux
• Practical knowledge of SQL
• Experience working with Git
• Familiarity with Jenkins
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Strong analytical and rational thinking skills
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Understanding of application and configuration management

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with testing activities
• Basic knowledge of Hadoop
• Experience with Robot Framework
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Helix
• Basic knowledge of Python
