Data Governance Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Document and suggest data governance procedures, standards, and best practices for the Third-Party ICT Agreement Register and the DORA regulatory traceability matrix
  • Monitor, validate, and improve data quality, accuracy, consistency, and completeness across relevant data sources
  • Map data required for the register, including entities using ICT services and the mapping of ICT applications to Business Products and Services
  • Oversee data management processes related to the register and regulatory traceability matrix, including data ingestion, storage, retrieval, and maintenance
  • Track and document data lineage to ensure transparency, accountability, and auditability
  • Support the collection, structuring, and population of data required for the DORA Register of Information
  • Collaborate with business, technology, risk, compliance, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide data-related support
  • Identify data-related issues and propose practical solutions to improve reporting quality and regulatory readiness
  • Prepare data analysis and reporting outputs for internal stakeholders and management reporting purposes

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data governance, data management, regulatory reporting, or a similar data-focused role
  • Experience in collecting, structuring, and populating the DORA Register of Information (RoI)
  • Knowledge and practical experience with the Implementing Technical Standards (ITS) related to the DORA Register of Information
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis tools, Power Query, and reporting capabilities
  • Intermediate Power BI experience, including:
  • Familiarity with data security and compliance principles, including data encryption, access control, and secure data handling
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage deadlines in a structured way
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets
