CPQ Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Support a CPQ project following an organizational transformation and the merger of multiple entities, including German and French organizations
• Contribute to the harmonization and standardization of CPQ processes, starting from the German process model and adapting it to the French organization
• Act as a key liaison between the customer's business stakeholders and the development team
• Cooperate closely with CPQ developers working on the German and French sides
• Gather, structure, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear and structured input for technical teams
• Coordinate work streams to ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the CPQ domain
• Strong ability to work with business stakeholders and gather requirements
• Experience coordinating topics between clients and development teams
• Excellent communication skills and high level of independence
• Experience in transformational and/or process‑focused projects
• English proficiency enabling effective work with international clients

Nice to have:

• Experience working on projects for software product organizations
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Experience in harmonizing processes across different countries and/or legal entities
