Cloud Platform Engineer (M365 / AVD / Citrix)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain an isolated cloud service portfolio, ensuring operational resilience and security
• Design and support the secure integration of restricted cloud environments with enterprise platforms
• Maintain and improve cloud services through configuration, service changes, and continuous service improvements
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and incident management for cloud infrastructure and services
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Support service transitions and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and compliance with internal standards
• Contribute to automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability of cloud operations
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards in highly controlled environments

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud engineering or related infrastructure roles
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Azure Virtual Desktop)
• Experience working with Citrix environments
• Strong skills in software management, scripting, and automation
• Experience with device management and cloud service operations
• Proven experience with CAPA execution (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
• Strong background in technical documentation, service transition, and migration activities
• Experience supporting incident management and troubleshooting in production environments
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
