CFO Assitant/Support with finance knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Provide a value-added executive support to CFO
• Prepare analysis and appealing presentations for CFO and his team
• Create storylines and presentations, using modern visualization techniques
• Cooperate with other departments, headquarters teams and other Board members in preparing executive materials
• Proactively manage collection of all relevant information for CFO and ensure that he is properly briefed for internal and external meetings
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives in Finance Division
• Support preparation of reports and other materials in Finance Division 

Requirements:

• Work experience of minimum 2-3 years in finance or business consulting
• Have a degree in finance, economics or similar
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to understand complex topics and make condensed summaries
• Advanced skills in creating story-telling presentations using modern technologies
• Experience in managing different stakeholders, including exposure to top management
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (verbal, written, presentations), demonstrated ability for teamwork
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Speak English and Polish fluently
• Open to flexible working hours
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment and to manage time efficiently
• Knowledge of German, Czech or Slovak would be an optional plus
