Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end accountability for determining business requirements for differentiated projects within the organization (eg. digital, regulatory)
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert and supporting stakeholders during entire project lifecycle
• Acting as a “bridge”, to constantly connect the Business, Operations, Change and Technology teams
• Preparing and maintaining business analysis artifacts, as per internal policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Cooperating with Technology teams over functional requirements reviews

Requirements:

• Professional experience within banking industry (ideally private bank or wealth management)
• Professional experience in finance information analytics, preferable with implementation of data management related initiatives
• Ability to work across all levels of management and across functions to accomplish the mission
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, appreciation of the enterprise data vision
• Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in absence of detailed instructions
• Flexible, team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
• Nice to have: Understanding of various Risk categories, including Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk and Operational Risk; experience in risk data, risk and financial platform implementations and managing risk systems
• Nice to have: Familiarity with regulatory guidance around financial stress testing principles and methodologies (inc. TWD), are strongly preferred
