Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

Design and develop backend services using Java or Kotlin
Implement and maintain asynchronous communication patterns
Work within a distributed system architecture
Ensure reliability and performance of asynchronous workflows
Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively to meet project goals

Requirements:

Strong experience with asynchronous communication
Proficiency in Kotlin or Java
Experience with event or service bus technologies (Kafka, NATS)
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
Knowledge of English at B2 level (minimum)

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Elasticsearch
Experience or familiarity with semantic search
