Asset Servicing Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Process Oversight – Lead the execution of Corporate Actions processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization – Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team efficiency. Use data-driven insights to identify process gaps and implement improvements
• Technical & Strategic Expertise – Apply in-depth knowledge of asset servicing operations to guide decision-making, shape process enhancements, and support business objectives
• Continuous Improvement & Risk Mitigation – Drive automation, efficiency initiatives, and cost optimization while proactively addressing control weaknesses and operational risks
• Team Training & Development – Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure team readiness, support onboarding, and promote best practices
• Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners, facilitating clear communication and effective collaboration
• Problem Solving & Decision Making – Analyze complex issues, assess impact, and implement solutions using sound judgment, data, and industry best practices
• Effective Communication – Present complex information clearly and diplomatically to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment across all levels

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 4+ years of progressive experience in banking, preferably in roles such as Asset Servicing Specialist, Project Analyst, or Data/Operations Analyst
• Strong knowledge of investment instruments (equities, fixed income, asset-backed securities, etc.)
• Proven track record in operational process improvement, risk mitigation, or workflow automation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, solve complex problems, and make sound recommendations
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-changing environment
• Very good command of English (oral and written)

• Experience with Corporate Actions and/or Securities Settlement is a strong advantage
