Xceptor/ Appian Developer

Responsibilities:

• Utilize expertise in Xceptor and/or Appian to develop dynamic processes that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate within an Agile framework to deliver solutions efficiently and adaptively, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals
• Assist process owners in accurately defining and preparing requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness to facilitate smooth development processes
• Analyze, comprehend, and standardize complex processes, enabling scalability and standardization across the organization

Requirements:

• Previous exposure to Xceptor / Appian
• While banking experience is not mandatory, familiarity with automation processes is preferred
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
• Proficiency in Oracle, SQL, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and ETL methodologies is advantageous
• Candidates with backgrounds in ETL development, SQL, RPA, DevOps, or VBA development are well-suited
