Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Utilize expertise in process automation to streamline operations and enhance efficiency within the organization
• Employ strong project management skills to oversee the successful execution of multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting or exceeding stakeholders' expectations
• Leverage Jira to facilitate project tracking, task assignment, and communication within project teams
• Effectively document the progress of multiple projects based on comprehensive calls with various stakeholders
• Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accurately reflects project status and milestones

Requirements:

• Demonstrate proficiency in Securities Services or analogous business sectors, with a deep understanding of process lifecycles including Corporate Accounting, Fund Accounting, Trade Confirmation, Settlements, Custody, and Transfer Agency processes
• Proven track record in project management, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of global processes and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across regions
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle governance tasks effectively
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
