Senior IT Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies aligned with the target operating model
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements in cooperation with architects, developers, testers, business and legal stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements for development teams
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the end-to-end development lifecycle
• Create and maintain requirements documentation, including use cases, and drive quality improvements
• Support developers and testers across the team and hub
• Verify implemented solutions by reviewing and validating test results
• Provide stakeholders with insights on the effectiveness of implemented solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT analysis and/or business analysis
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with experience in international collaboration
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Practical knowledge of API development, data mapping and process modelling
• Understanding of the banking sector and payment domain
• Practical knowledge of SQL, user interface prototyping and UI design
• Knowledge of architecture diagrams, including sequence diagrams
• Solid technical background enabling effective collaboration with developers
• Proficiency in analysis tools and methodologies
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector
• Practical knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs
