Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Product Owner support: Checks/verifies tasks in Backlog, Coaching in task creation: verifies if stories are written clearly, if standard is maintained (description, sp, criteria, epic), Verifies if refinements are organized, Proposes PO to present the vision of the project (presentation of the scope of the Refinement, presentation, discussion of the Epics), Provides advice on planning (hints about Sprint goal, velocity, vacations, etc.)
• Developers team: Running Daily or verifying that it is taking place, Supports teamwork (decomposition of tasks into subtasks, working in pairs, etc.), Verifies that people in the team are assigned tasks, Supports the team on Refinements, Can assist the team or appoint a responsible person if  there is a need to order licenses, software, hardware, etc., Reminds about DoR and DoD, Reminds about the presentation at the Review, Conducts Retrospective
• Organization: Educates with Scrum, Reports to the organization's management about problems occurring in the teams, Participates in SM meetings

Requirements:

• Experience as a Scrum Master, at least 2 years
• High skills in working in a multifunctional team and communication
• Practical experience in agile methodologies, frameworks and best practices (Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to communicate effectively with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to effective relationships with stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Experience in programming BMS devices is a plus
• Interest in the latest solutions in the building automation or IoT industry will be an advantage
• Using the Test Driven Development approach
• Experience in working in a CI / CD environment
