Reporting Analyst Support


Governance & Control project

  • Preparation weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Governance Decks
  • Support preparation of AMT monthly SteerCo deck
  • Support of quarterly Swiss Regulatory Committee Meeting decks
  • BAU issue tracking i.e. Capture and updates of incident ticket and JIRA
  • Weekly and Monthly technology issue resolution calls and execution meetings
  • Support Issue escalation
  • Support CAP maintenance & execution
  • Support FCA and CBI disclosure process
  • Support Health Dashboard

MIFID PTT, MIFID Record Keeping & ORC Transition

  • Identify and resolve QuicRec exceptions
  • Identify and resolve RegHub exceptions
  • Perform sample testing for MIFID PTT
  • Support governance & Control
  • Creation of Process documentation
  • Respond to regulator for any trade reconstruction
  • Support ORC Transition for MIFID TR and MIFID PTT
  • Perform business analysis on data capture on markets platform
  • Support business requirements development
  • Support testing of data integration on Ocean e.g. Charles River, EBS, OneSource
  • Document, define and track setup of target operating model ORC


  • 3+ years of experience in Investments Operations preferable in Private Banking
  • 1+ years of experience in Regulatory Reporting Operations organizations
  • Has Bachelor’s Degree/University degree of business administration
  • Good understanding of Investments and capital market products as well as trade execution and settlement processes
  • Great communication skills and fluent in writing and speaking English
  • Adequate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Tech-savvy 
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative and complex environment
  • Used to work in a fast-paced and continues changing environment
  • Use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve results
  • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge in MiFIR would be an asset if the candidate has understanding in SwissFMIA, EMIR, Dodd Frank, Bank of Italy Reporting, CASS, CMAR, UK Depository Protection orPSD2
