Project Manager with German

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex IT projects from initiation to completion
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely and structured delivery
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources in an organized and methodical manner
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including conducting negotiations related to project execution
• Ensure clear project documentation and regular status reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing complex IT projects
• Fluency in German, required for daily communication and negotiations
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proven negotiation skills in a project management context
• Structured, detail-oriented, and disciplined approach to work
