Separation of Shared Service Center from a part of business. Separation of ITIL data and processes based on Remedy.

Design challenge:

Identification and implementation of necessary changes in the existing systems, processes and the organisation in order to deliver a new business model. The new generation of CB (computer based) examinations will be delivered digitally and will replace PB (paper based) tests with the use of the existing system which will be accordingly adapted.

Scope of works of DCG:

Comprehensive management of the project of implementation of changes in many systems on the basis of a completed analysis: online registration and the payment system, as well as a system managing the results of examinations.

An answer to challenges on the market of examinations requiring implementation of new technologies and migration of the process to electronic tools.

Increase in the possibilities for the video conference environment (from 300 to 1,000 video conferences at the same time).

Planning and implementation of extension of the infrastructure for the video conference system, as well as testing and implementation of the system.

The project is being implemented (planned completion at the end of 2017).

Standardisation of the domain environment.

Scope of works of DCG:
