IT Project Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Support architecture governance processes, ensuring alignment with internal standards and frameworks
• Coordinate activities across the Technology Architecture team and wider stakeholders
• Maintain and track architectural initiatives, tasks, and deliverables
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders
• Manage and optimize workflows in tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Assist in planning activities, including timelines and Gantt charts
• Facilitate communication between architects, project teams, and business stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation and organization of architecture-related materials
• Contribute to improving operational processes and overall project flow

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

•  

  Advanced experience with JIRA, including JQL

•  

  Strong analytical skills, including experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation

•  

  Ability to work with planning tools such as Gantt charts

•  

  Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, especially in complex environments

•  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•  

  Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
