Asset Servicing Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile positions related to Corporate Action events, including reviewing communications, notifications, and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events
• Develop and implement client-specific service solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence
• Execute multiple transactions of moderate complexity to drive operational efficiency and ensure timely, accurate results
• Minimize risk to the bank by adhering to procedural requirements, audit standards, and control policies
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual interventions by designing and improving business documentation and workflows
• Collaborate closely with peers and product teams to develop innovative solutions supporting departmental goals and continuous improvement
• Participate in system testing and contribute to implementation of new tools and processes
• Provide support and back-up coverage for colleagues during high-volume periods and assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in asset servicing, corporate actions, or securities operations
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
• Strong understanding of securities processing and hedge fund industry standards and practices
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex or sensitive information tactfully and professionally
• Proven ability to solve problems independently and exercise sound judgment in complex situations
• High attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach to process optimization
