2nd Level IT Support

Responsibilities:

• Analysing, reproducing and solving Incidents (Incident Management)
• Working with Problem tickets (Problem Management)
• Developing and improving monitoring and tooling.
• Identifying opportunities for automation (and developing new solutions)
• Participating in Knowledge Transfer sessions
• Contributing to Knowledge Data Base and sharing knowledge within the team

Requirements: 

• Good command of SQL language
• Minimum 2 year of commercial experience in IT industry (IT Operations or Development)
• English language on the professional level
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Experience in 2nd line IT support team
• Knowledge of Temenos T24 system including AA module and DES,
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes technologies
• Knowledge of Kafka and/or MQ
• Knowledge of Oracle XMLType
• Experience with Weblogic
• Banking experience
• Knowledge of Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana
• ITIL Foundation certificate
• Willing to explore new technologies and platforms
• Fast-learner and eager to deep-dive when finding some issue
• Solution oriented with a can-do approach when dealing with challenges
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
